As head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers since January 22, 1996, Tony Dungy led the team to its first winning season and playoff appearance in 15 years. Previously, Dungy served as defensive coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings for four seasons. Buccaneers Owner/President Malcom Glazer says of Dungy: "We found that Tony is not only one of the finest coaches in the NFL, but that he is also one of the finest people in the league as well.
One of the most popular players ever to wear a 49ers' uniform, Brent Jones played with the San Francisco 49ers for 10 years. A four-time Pro Bowl selection, he became one of the most consistent tight ends in the NFL while continuing to demonstrate why he ranks as one of the best pass catchers in 49ers history. In 1998, Jones won the prestigious AIA Bart Starr Award. He retired from the NFL after the 1997-98 season and is currently a CBS Studio Analyst for NFL Today.
